You can’t watch your test recordings. We understand you might be shy about how you look or sound. But don’t worry, the companies are more interested in their own stuff than anything else, and simply want your raw and honest feedback!
Requesting a copy of your data
You can at any time, request a copy of all your data (including test recordings) that we’re storing. However, because we only keep video recordings for a maximum of 12 months, we might not be able to give you all the recordings you’ve ever uploaded.
Deleting a test after uploading and sharing
There’s usually no need to delete tests unless they contain any of these elements:
- Unexpected loud noises
- Technical errors (related to your browser, PC/Mac, microphone or webcam)
- Confidential or private information displayed on the screen and/or recording.
Are you worried that your test recording contains one or more of the elements above?
Send an email to email@example.com with the subject "Recording problems", and include the following:
- Your name on Teston
- Description of the problem
We’ll make sure to look into it. If we can confirm that there are problems with the test result (related to one of the points above), we’ll delete your test recording and let you know.
